AUM Disclosure

Total assets under management (“AUM”) presented here differs from regulatory assets under management (“RAUM”) reported on FFT's Form ADV. RAUM is a defined term whereas AUM includes assets, including certain alternatives assets, which while Forbes provides advice and management of such assets cannot be included in the definition of RAUM. AUM reflects the total AUM of all FFT affiliates. AUM and families/institutions served  is as of 12/31/2022.
